Has anyone got any suggestions on automating this?

Some orders need posted
Some need emailed (Currently done as a mailmerge print of a single entry line in a spreadsheet - data downloaded from ecommerce templates for printing and emailing)

Each order is a single product with drop down options selected. Quantity (could revert to product quantity with quantity discount) and additional spectators.

This currently creates a pdf with the text over a background image and it is emailed manually.

We would aim for the voucher to be sent or available for download on completion of order.

You can have a look at a product and see the options to select on this link. You shouldn't need to update the cart to see what is needed.
