Hi there
Could you enter the Client ID and Secret where it says Rate Code and Rate Code Password. And don’t enter anything for the Access Key. I think the labeling is wrong in the ASP version but it should work fine.

I am receiving the message "Invalid Access License number" when displaying UPS shipping rates on my website. I recently created a new shipping account with UPS. I went to register my new UPS account using the instructions in my UPS Account Admin and am now at the App Details section of the application on the UPS developer site. The box just below "App Name" (which I aptly named ECTRatesApp) is titled "Callback URL". Additional information under this box states "External site to which a consumer of this app is redirected to log in when using auth-code flow. For multiple callback URLs, add commas separating the URLs with no spaces in between"

What do I submit here?

I went ahead and created the app leaving the callback url box blank, as it was not a "required" field. The next line of instructions on my UPS Admin page reads "Enter your Client ID and Secret here in this admin page along with your UPS Account Number." Since these fields are not on this page, I followed the instructions from earlier in this thread and entered the info in the Rate Code and Rate Code Password fields instead. I tried a sample purchase and received the error "Missing ship from state province code". This happened regardless of the shipping address. So, I changed the setting from Negotiated Rates to Published Rates and that took care of the error messages. I guess the only issue now is that the UPS rates are coming back quite high. I haven't had to change my shipping settings in some time now, but I would think that I'd want Negotiated Rates here, correct?

Hi 1234
When using Negotiated Rates, UPS requires a state code as well as a zip code and there is a parameter you need to set for that which is covered here...
