My most recent PCI scan came back with a bunch of failures. I was able to address a bunch of the SSL issues, but I am left with mostly JQuery issues. I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction for getting these remaining few issues resolved. I do not want to be poking under the hood potentially breaking something.

A few years ago we moved our template designs away from using JQuery for reasons like this, plus that it wasn't really worthwhile the overheads of JQuery just for a slider and navigation menu. But it looks like your site is based on an older version of the template. You can actually hire us by the hour so would the solution be for us to spend an hour (I don't think it would take more than that) to replace JQuery in the slider and top navigation? An hour's work is one of these...
