I need to be able to add a HazMat fee to specific items.

How do I apply that?

If you are not currently using handling, and these products that need it all have the same handling charge, you can setup handling and then for the products with no handling, use the quick entry feature to mark them all handling exempt.

Another way might be to use a product option, or build it into the price.
