I just ran across a strange little issue. I was using quick entry to check some product attributes and I noticed a number of them that should have been checked were not. I dug a bit and noticed those all had Product Discount Exempt turned on. If I turn it off and click Submit, the box is now checked as it should be. The product details page still shows the correct attribute in both cases.

That's very strange indeed but I can't seem to reproduce it here. Have you tried updating just in case?
