Can somebody help me fix this problem?

As you aren't using the multi-language functions I change your ASP pages to just call languagefile_en.asp directly and that will save a database call. But really, I think you need to get your host involved on this as something doesn't seem to be right on the server. Did you contact them? What did they say?
