I tried checking out with my iPhone and you can get through the process just about, but it's not easy to say the least. I don't think it's a particular problem to do with iPhone but more just the fact that the site just doesn't work well on small screens. Can you maybe start by putting the site into responsive mode on your PC and sorting out issues to do with mobile sized screens, and when that process is 100% perfect, then worry about iPhones and other apple devices? The ECT Shopping Cart will work fine on mobile when used within a responsive site design - but your site design needs to be responsive. All orders when they arrive in the admin section arrive in the known spam folder. Plus the customers are all listed in the admin section with their respective login and address information but even then with the site being password protected people are able to login and order with their own information, is there a special setting to set to stop this
