This is mainly a bug fix / feature improvement release for Google Checkout, especially in the area of coupons / discounts.
There is an important security fix in this release.
A bug has been fixed where zero cost items could incorrectly show tax applied.
When using the showtaxinclusive switch tax free products are now also taken into account on the first checkout page.
Country tax now clears properly when deleting items and when viewed in the minicart.
There have been a few improvements with CSV file imports.
Per payment provider drop ship headers and footers now correctly go by the pay provider id not the drop shipper id.
Another version of the JMail email object has been integrated.
