This is mainly a bug fix / feature improvement release for Google Checkout.
PayPal can sometimes return transaction errors which do not fail the transaction and this update resolves an issue where the transaction appears to fail but was actually successful.
There are some improvements for the 2Checkout payment processor to remove some of the steps in the checkout flow and associate the cart order id with the transaction.
The parameter paypallc has been added to force the PayPal payment page locale to one of your choosing. For instance you could set...
paypallc="FR"
...to force the default language / locale to French.
In the first stage of checkout tax was incorrectly being added to product options where the product itself was tax exempt and this has been resolved.
Some improvements have been made to the client login referal URL system.
A bug has been fixed which could affect using the currency converter on non-US systems.
