A contact form looks so much more professional than just throwing up a email address and a phone number.

If you've been using Fast Secure Contact Form you should probably update it or just get rid of it, see the authors notes here: http://www.fastsecurecontactform.com/download-php-script Seems it may be fast, but not so secure

Just an update regarding anyone looking for website contact forms - 19.01.2022

I seem to recall a few years back that Andy posted a link to Free Contact Form (not found it via searching). Free contact form has changed its name a few weeks back to Majestic Forms & is now on a new doman to reflect such.

Please note that this is a PHP only form creator.
Old URL www.freecontactform.com will automagically forward to https://www.majesticform.com/
