csv import error

Posted - 10/21/2017 : 13:08:39 Actaul two fields of a the first few records I am trying t upload via csv are below but I get this error.I downloaded the product.csv, populated it and then reuploaded the same. Andy ECT Moderator 95440 Posts	Posted - 10/23/2017 : 07:28:56 I had a look at the csv file you sent me and it has all the column headings (33 columns in total) and 262 rows. If you are adding to database all the products listed under pID would need to be unique and not already exist in the database. Having said that though I'm a bit confused as you said you were just uploading 2 columns, pID and pName Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software

Posted - 10/23/2017 : 07:52:26 The pIDs are unique I do have hidden products in the db already but with totally different pIDs. The upload criteria seemed ok to me too, this is why I am at a loss as to why this csv file will not ADD to DB

I had no issues at all importing the data you sent me. Maybe check your junk folder? Here's a copy of my reply I sent to you yesterday: quote: Hi Pete, I didn’t have any issues with that.
