Software: ECT WP Indoors
I am unable to edit the Site Identity - I can fill all the boxes and upload a logo but the header of the Home page (and all others) remains showing "Indoors by Ecommercetemplates". Simlarly there doesn't seem to be any way of editing the default card images in the footer.

Have I missed something?

Hi Barry, can you provide us with a link to the site.

The brand information is on page 11 of ectwpindoors.pdf

Go to Posts > Add New
Post Name: Brand Name eg PayPal Categories: Brands Featured Image Upload : Upload your manufacturer logo eg paypal.png Click Publish

Repeat the above for all your manufacturers logos

Go to Appearance > Theme Options > Global Settings and choose “Brands” from the Our Brands Category Click Save Options

For the Site Identity try going to Wordpress > Settings > General and changing things there.

The problem lies with the site identity settings. The theme customise input page shows the correct Site Title, tagline and site icon, similarly the Wordpress Settings General page shows the same Site Title and tagline but the site still resolutely displays the theme banner "Indoors by Ecommercetemplates".

I do not have any other (unsolvable) problems although the footer displays credit card icons and there doesn't seem to be an easy way of changing this without editing the php code for the footer.

I sent you an email, the Indoors by EcommerceTemplates is an image file, logo.png - if you upload your own logo to themes/ectwpindoors/images/ it will overwrite the placeholding logo on the theme.
