How do I improve the layout of product review page

First of all I would remove this line

div.review{float:left;padding:4px 10px!important;margin:0 4px 0 0 !important;width:auto!important;font-size:.9em;border-left:solid 1px #e69d01;border-bottom:solid 1px #e69d01;border-top:solid 1px #e69d01;border-right:solid 1px #e69d01}

and that would get you back to the default. Once you have that, let us know what you are hoping to achieve.
