I dont seem to be able to find it but I think I may have seen it somewhere.

I want to be able to set checkout to 'Email Invoice' so that no payment is taken at the checkout when customer places order
I dont use stock control.
I want postage to be 0.00

I seemed to have set it to go through checkout without payment.

The paypal button appeared as a n option - can I disable /not show this

Also I wouldlike to edit the information during the checout process. Which files do I edit please

Hi Kieran, you can enable the payment provider in the admin under Orders Admin> Payment provider, there are 2 non-payment types that you can use Email and Email2 . To not charge shipping look under Store Admin > main settings and set Shipping Type: to Don't add shipping.

Hi all store generated text is in the vsadmin/inc/languagefile_en.php locate the text you want to change and copy the line from the languagefile into the vsadmin/includes.php and change the text in the includes leaving the languagefile intact. By coping it to the vsadmin/includes it will remain and not get overwritten when updating.
