Hi are you connecting the new site to the old site database? If so its possible that the database and the scripts are on different versions and both the old and new site would need to have the updater applied.

Hi I've checked the site and the files are version 6.5.4.and the database is 5.9.3 , can you download the updater here https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/updaters.asp and apply to the site as per the instructions. This will put both the database and the files on the same version.

Hi Jean, all should be working now.


1. Backup the vsadmin folder from the server so that you have the new scripts. And the css folder so you have the new ectcart.css
2. I fixed the path to the include file on the products.asp page only you will need to fix it in the dwt file by removing the ../ on the 2 lines below save the changes and upload the pages to the server.
