I'm in the WordPress admin panel, editing the Home Page, where I have the ECT Product Carousel in two places. At the top of the page this message appears for the first time:
Warning: include(vsadmin/db_conn_open.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mensamar/public_html/windowvinyletchings/wp-content/plugins/ect-product-carousel/index.php on line 191
Warning: include(vsadmin/db_conn_open.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/mensamar/public_html/windowvinyletchings/wp-content/plugins/ect-product-carousel/index.php on line 191
Warning: include(): Failed opening 'vsadmin/db_conn_open.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/mensamar/public_html/windowvinyletchings/wp-content/plugins/ect-product-carousel/index.php on line 191
In the index.php file, line 191 is: include "vsadmin/db_conn_open.php";
Obviously that file exists... and the plugin is actually working properly, other than the error message. I tried deactivating the plugin - the error message went away, but the carousel did not work on the home page. I then reactivated the plugin. The error message returned, but the carousel was again functional.
Last night our server was upgraded. Here's what the tech support rep wrote: "The conversion is now complete - the server has been resized; you have 2 cores, 2G of RAM, and 40G disk space - right now disk space is at a bit of a premium due to the reduction in SSD size, but it looks like the previous admins covered that with you. I have converted the server to EA4 and converted all accounts to PHP-FPM; this is a more advanced PHP manager than you had previously but functions the same as far as PHP is concerned; however, it allows more granular control over PHP processes per domain. All in all, good upgrade all the way around, sites are all up!"
I addressed the error message with our hosting provider (LiquidWeb) and they could not find a reason for it.
Should I be concerned about this .php error message?
Thank you,
