Something that quit working several months ago -- used to hold shift button (or was it ctrl or alt?) and select order status to change several of the order statuses at the same time. That no longer works and now I have to change status one at a time. Anybody else run into this? Or is this just something funky on my computer?

Hi Ed

You should be able to hold down the Ctrl key and change the status on one order and it will change the others. I just tried in Chrome and it worked fine there - which browser are you using?

I think it quit working in firefox.
I have had to use chrome to make bulk status changes.

Hi Ed, I just tried using Firefox and get the same results as you. I'll put this in for more testing, you can subscribe to this post to receive notification of replies.

OK - so it's not just me on this one.
I'm using Firefox at this time.

We do have a note on that here, it was just an IE feature when released https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/ecommplus/help.asp#ordstat

Yes, it was just an IE feature in the beginning but it was extended to the other browsers. It seems FireFox has a bit of a bug with their event and I'm not sure when that crept in but I've got a workaround for this now and I've uploaded a fix for it in the updater, incorders.asp/php script.
