I am using Ecommerce Plus PHP v6.5.4 setup for Weight based shipping Lbs/In.

Postal Zone "United States" settings:
For every 1 above the highest weight...
...add an extra 0.5 for Standard Shipping

Max Weight Standard Shipping (UPS)
0.2 0.3
0.5 0.5
1.5 0.9
2 1.5
5 2

Two items one one order were shipped 0.029 & 0.012 lb respectively
for $0.60
Setting with UPS are supposed to be $5.00 minimum.
Main Setting is: "Pack products together"

What am I doing wrong?

Hi Earl, those 2 items would have been 0.41 approx 6oz, I think the cost is wrong upto .5oz is showing .50 cents. Have a look at the video here that should explain how to set it up https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/shipping.asp#weight
