Sagepay Character Limit Description?

Posted - 01/30/2018 : 06:15:59 Hello Some of my clients' customers have been confused recently when they reach the sagepay gateway. The description of the products being purchased doesn't report back all products. We think there may be a limit on how many products can be listed here. This has caused some confusion for customers as they don't believe that all products have gone through correctly. On the image shown below, there was actually 4 products ordered. Andy ECT Moderator 95440 Posts	Posted - 01/30/2018 : 06:40:34 Hi Alan That's right, Sagepay have a limit of characters we can pass on - I believe it's 128 so if there are multiple products, the text gets truncated. Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software
