Our client is having issues with their one site. The UPS feature on the site stopped working and any clients are unable to checkout.
The gives this message: There are no methods available for your shipping destination.
Any ideas what happened, what may have changed to cause this to stop?

Hi First thing I'd check is TLS1.2 compatibility https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/support/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=107642 although I would expect other errors there but best to be sure. I would also check the shipping methods enabled in the UPS admin of the store control panel compared along with the weights defined for the products. Andy,
Ok. So, all sites using UPS will need to have an SSL certificate?
I checked the site using the link below: yourstoreurl.com/vsadmin/ppconfirm.asp?ppdebug=tls
I receive a 404 error message.

No, they won't necessarily need an ssl certificate, not to use UPS anyway. Your site is a PHP site isn't it so that would be yourstoreurl.com/vsadmin/ppconfirm.php?ppdebug=tls Let us know what is reported in the browser from that location. Andy Please feel free to review / rate our software

No - Ecommerce Plus PHP v6.5.5
Will that be the cause for the UPS feature to stop working?

Odd. When running the test the DNS info came up with this message:
What does this mean?
We were able to retrieve a certificate for this site, but the domain names listed in it do not match the domain name you requested us to inspect. It's possible that:
The web site does not use SSL, but shares an IP address with some other site that does. The web site no longer exists, yet the domain name still points to the old IP address, where some other site is now hosted. The web site uses a content delivery network (CDN) that does not support SSL. The domain name is an alias for a web site whose main name is different, but the alias was not included in the certificate by mistake.
We are using a shared server.

I am going in circles with a tech. What exactly would they need to adjust for the TSL1.2?

Hi NYDG, you may need to ask for upper level support the second tier support should know exactly what need to be changed on the server for the proper configurations. Its not something we can say have them change x in x as different host setup their servers differently.
