I recently discovered that my site is displaying the following message when a customer goes to check out.

There seems to be a problem connecting to the shipping rates server. Please wait a few moments and refresh your browser.

Authentication Failed

I thought this maybe due to the fact that my store was not up to date. I then tried to download the updater and I was unable to get the upload file to extract like it has in the past.

Looking for some help

I have also tried the secondary download for the update and it tells me the password is not valid

I thinks it's a temp password, was doing the same thing to me yesterday, just downloaded again and it works fine.

Nothing has changes my customers still get this fedex message about shipping:

As for the updaters when I try to unzip them they are showing as invalid or empty.

I was able to download them and save them to my desktop but they will not extract

Hi Boyd, can you let us know how you are attempting to extract the file, are you on a windows machine or mac?

I would try a third party extract utility to see if doing so works. I use 7zip [url]https://www.7-zip.org/download.html[/url]
