When my customers are checking out they get the messaged listed below.
There seems to be a problem connecting to the shipping rates server. Please wait a few moments and refresh your browser.
This happened once before ( but it corrected itself without any action by me) and I'm not sure if its an issue with my store or FedEx server. Any help with this situation would be appreciated.
