When my customers are checking out they get the messaged listed below.

There seems to be a problem connecting to the shipping rates server. Please wait a few moments and refresh your browser.

This happened once before ( but it corrected itself without any action by me) and I'm not sure if its an issue with my store or FedEx server. Any help with this situation would be appreciated.

Yes I was able to get it updated I believe it was an issue with the computer I was using as when I tried a different computer the issue was solved thank you.

I do have a question in reference to the update though. I'm not sure if this is correct but when I open an order in my store everything seems to be shifted to the left. Is this normal with the update?

As for the shipping issue It started working on its own again today. Its just annoying as I have lost a few sales because of it

I think i also answered my question in reference to the order page its again an issue related to that specific computer i was using as it works perfect on another computer

Hi

It could be the css is cached on the other computer. Hit Ctrl+Refresh to force a refresh and you should see the layout correctly.
