Do I need to make a change in languagefile.asp to https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll (
it has my old gateway in there now.

Also do i need to add this code to webcong
Add the following code to the .htaccess file in your webhosting account:

RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} docssports\.com [NC]
RewriteCond %{SERVER_PORT} 80
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://docssports.com/$1 [R,L]

You are using authorize.net so there are no necessary edits in languagefile or includes.asp.

.htaccess is for PHP sites only - do you want to force people onto https as that would be added to the web.config file https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/support/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=106851

You would leave it like this

<td colspan="2" bgcolor="#000000"><img src="/images/clearpixel.gif" width="1" height="1" alt=""/></td>

Have you checked in the product admin page that the path to the image is correct there?

That fixed it.
If you can look at why the products look out of line, servelink called it funky

It looks like you are using table based layouts with css classes. Can you add this to vsadmin/includes.asp and see if it looks better

usecsslayout=TRUE

Since we got our hands on the site yesterday we were able to get it all fixed up and working. Glad to hear that the first transaction for some weeks has now completed successfully . In the case of the funky layout the problem was actually the inverse; usecsslayout=true was in the includes file, but since there were no css declarations defined anywhere, all the content fell in a vertical heap on the left. I removed that line and it defaulted back to the tables based layout, which isn't ideal but at least gets things back to looking the way were supposed to.
