Hi Roger

The message in the admin is a connection problem between your store and our server. It wouldn't have any bearing on customers ordering though - that is just a version check.

That is unrelated and probably means you haven't uploaded or linked up the new ectcart.js file. There are details here https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/support/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=110209

Been a long time since I worked with HTML. Where would these store files be located?

Those would be your public facing files like cart.asp, products.asp, proddetail.asp, search.asp etc.

It looks like you are also missing ectcart.css https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/support/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=107040

That too should go on all public facing store pages.
