I am using product options and ALTPRODID (product options) , the hidden products are all defined but when I view the products online it all says 0 stock for those product options. This is after the update to recent version. Why are the stocks number not showing if I choose by options?

When you use the ALT Prod ID feature the stock needs setting on the hidden product rather than the option - it sounds like that is what you are seeing there and if I understand correctly, is correct.
