I am having an issue and thought you may have an answer as you usually do. When a customer signs into their account and then clicks on an old order they are getting the following message:

"Please contact our customer services department for details of your order"

I have tried it n several accounts and receive same message on all. Any idea to what may be going on?

Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Hi Charles

Unfortunately I think that was a bug that crept in and was fixed as soon we were made aware of it, updating will sort that out.

I thought I was up to date but maybe not. What file/files will I have to update as I don't want to redo the entire update and have to modify the ones with our own code on it again?

Thanks.

I'm guessing you are on something like 6.9.2, correct?

Can you get incclientlogin.asp and incthanks.asp from the 6.94 updater and upload those?

OK in that case you are missing the ectcart.js file https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/support/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=110209 - upload that and link to it from all your frontend store pages.

I don't see this line in your <head> section

<script type="text/javascript" src="/js/ectcart.js"></script>

Are you saying that I have to go to each of my 500+ pages and add that???? I am sorry but I am a bit lost as if that's the case my site will be down for quite a while.

For starters add it to products.asp, proddetail.asp, cart.asp and thanks.asp and then any static pages.
