C4009 Ecommerce Template Expert USA 612 Posts Pre-sales questions only (More Details...)	Posted - 10/26/2018 : 06:47:58 I am having an issue and thought you may have an answer as you usually do. When a customer signs into their account and then clicks on an old order they are getting the following message: "Please contact our customer services department for details of your order" I have tried it n several accounts and receive same message on all. What file/files will I have to update as I don't want to redo the entire update and have to modify the ones with our own code on it again? Thanks.

This is a worst problem then I started with. HELP!
