Those can be ignored really as there is now no mode=login and Google will drop the links once they have been recrawled. I'll edit your post or Google will try to find them again.

Actually you don't, a page not found winds up at a detailed Microsoft error page which provides malicious actors with a bunch of handy information to further their endeavors . And even if it did, /error.asp is a bad idea unless it returns a HTTP 404 response - as it is you get a 200 OK.
