unable to paste as text

tgorski Ecommerce Template Expert USA 918 Posts	Posted - 04/09/2019 : 13:30:39 We seem to have more than one site where the "paste as text" functions in ckeditor are dimmed out and inaccessible, even though there is content on the clipboard ready to be pasted as text. We try to stress that our clients not paste content from MS Word or other websites WITHOUT using "paste as text" to strip potentially troublesome code. Any suggestions on how to fix or troubleshoot that issue? Tim Gorski

dbdave ECT Moderator USA 10468 Posts	Posted - 04/09/2019 : 14:29:55 It is an extra step, but we paste text into notepad to strip it down, then copy back out so we have clean text. ctrl-c and ctrl-v is your friend.
