I have just setup the new SCA-Ready Stripe Checkout and the payment went through fine.
When the payment completed I was returned to the thanks.php page correctly but the page showed a 403 error. The URL has this appended ?method=stripe&session_id=cs_live_XXXXXXXXXXX
Do you know what causes that? You can visit the thanks.php page without the query https://essentialbeautycare.co.uk/thanks.php
The shop is running 7.1.3
Not sure this is related but the Admin pages are looking for a file called ectadmincustom.css that is not available and I can't see it in the Updater files either.
I'm assuming you have completed steps 1-6 as described here - https://www.ecommercetemplates.com/help/ecommplus/stripe.asp so I'll let Vince deal with this part of your issue.

No that's not related. The file ectadmincustom.css doesn't come with the updater and has to be created. It's so you can add/apply custom css to the admin area which will not be overwritten when future updates are applied, so as a rule I just create the file but leave it blank so it doesn't get logged in the error files as missing.
Hi Tim I would imagine this is some kind of security system that your host has in place. Could you ask them if that is the case, and if so could they make an exception for the thanks.php page?
