Issue with Options

Posted - 10/14/2019 : 08:07:52 I am having an issue adding OPTIONAL / ACCESSORY ITEMS: The Pictures and text for Optional Items for some of my products are shown OK as they appear below products with Optional Items -- so the Database appears to be working OK – but the optional item generates a broken link message "Too many re-directs" when clicked" and fails to load the page for the option. For example – Go to http://tacticalfiber.eu/proddetail.php?prod=CLFB-3G-PWR Then try selecting any accessory Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Rich
Vince Administrator 42874 Posts	Posted - 10/14/2019 : 08:30:49 Hi Rich The reason you are getting pre-sales messages is because the email address you are using is different to the one that you used to purchase the updaters. The one used for the updaters is rrubin AT tac.... I'm looking at the problem now but I can't see what is causing it to get into this forwarding loop at the moment.
