Is there an easy fix to permanently move the quantity column so it's consistent with all the marketplace invoices I print?

Hi Ken
Any CSS you place in the file...
vsadmin/ectadmincustom.css
...will be loaded with the page. So that could possibly be used to tweak the output. But if you are thinking of re-ordering columns that could be quite an undertaking as you would need to modify the code which outputs the HTML markup. I'm not really sure what you are planning to do however so it's hard to say.

Right now, the quantity column is to the right of the page before the pricing.

I want to move it to the far left, left of the SKU and description.

Ken, in the Admin Panel the outer container div for the Product Details is displayed as a Table:

<div style="display:table;width:100%;table-layout:auto;" id="producttable">

So re-arranging the column order using CSS is really not possible. It would require alterations to the adminorders.php source code.
