Posted - 03/02/2020 : 17:20:33 Hi all, So, It looks like changes have been made and I’m “behind the eight ball” as they say. Anyway, my customer login WAS on the cart page. I removed that and have a Client Login that I got years ago from Mike Beebe. Here’s the question...Where should the customer Login be? I get the following error when I submit my login credentials. If ECT now has its own Client Login, how and where do I find the info to create it? I can’t seem to find it. Fatal error: Call to undefined function checkcustomerblock() in /var/www/vhosts/streepwear.com/httpdocs/vsadmin/inc/incclientlogin.php on line 28 Thanks for your help. ~ Judy
dbdave ECT Moderator USA 10468 Posts	Posted - 03/02/2020 : 17:26:08 Hi Judy, for a while now, it's been a lightbox popup. Have you tried navigating to www.yoursite.com/clientlogin.php? I think you might need to be using the mini login for this to work, but I have the following in my menu to trigger the login popup <a href="#" onclick="return displayloginaccount()">Login to my Account</a>

I don’t use a mini login, but I do use My Account which takes you to the same login page. Maybe I should ask Mike about it. Just can’t find any info as to how to create the login page??? ~ Judy

Vince Administrator 42874 Posts	Posted - 03/03/2020 : 00:22:13 Hi Judy It seems to be this function that you are missing... checkcustomerblock() This is in the incfunctions file from around v7.1.7 so can you make sure you are including the incfunctions.php file and make sure you have a version that matches the rest of the site?
