Hi Steve,
If you have WHM this is fairly easy.
I'm pretty up to date and I do seem to remember it does vary depending on version but...
Log into WHM and go to Home » Software » MultiPHP INI Editor then from the dropdown select the PHP version you are running for the site in question.
Then scroll down and look for memory_limit The default is 128M. Try 256M if yours is set to 128 and see if that fixes it.
I have mine set to 2048M as we have a pretty busy server but try setting this higher and click apply.
Before you do this you will need to check how much memory you have installed on your server to ensure your not trying to allocate more than's available.
