Hi - I hope you are well. I have a question about shipping. We currently have a choice between Weight based and fedex ground shipping on our site. I would like to add an additional option: USPS flat rate shipping for one or two products. Is it possible to have only a couple of products earmarked to ship flat rate - or is there some work around to accomplish this? Thanks for your time.

It isn't possible to select the shipping type per product and the reason is that when you start mixing products it would quickly become unworkable. But why not set the weight of the product so that the weight based rate comes out to more or less what the USPS flat rate charge would be?

Thank you. That's what I went with. It isnt perfect but it works. I wish that there was a way to only show some options when they apply. For instance fedex doesnt apply when you go ver a certain weight so it comes up with an error but still appears to the customer along with the weight based values. There may be a work around but it is what it is.
