Hi, just a question. We bought a year subscription for updates and paid the extra I think
20 to have it updated, does that include when there are new versions as well? I see there
is a new v7.1.9 available. And if so who would I contact to have it updated?

I think the $20 is a one time payment for one updating. If you want to update again then I think you'd be looking at another $20. The man to contact is the main man, Vince

Remember - Any edits to the ectcart.css file will be overwritten by updater's. ALL edits to ectcart.css rules should be placed in your style.css file

Really, the reason we charge for the updaters is so that people try it themselves. Really the process is simple. Copy all the files using an FTP program and run the "updatestore.php" script in your browser. But we're not going to charge you 20 bucks every time for an update either so do send me an email and we'll sort something out.
