Not sure if anyone is having a problem like this....

1. I went into the admin email messages section to edit an email. Plugged in my changes back and forth until I was happy.

2. Over a week later, went in the same section to change a couple of things and noticed it was blank. I printed out a test email and my edits show up, but now there is no way to edit.

3. I just tried today to edit another and immediately after a couple times of going in and out as I tweaked it happened again. The only thing I can think of is I tried to use the formatting bar at the top to add an image link and giving the location it always gave an error. So I end up coding in the logo url manually and works... but after a few times it clears like nothing has happened?

Help?

Is this browser dependant? That is, if you change to another browser does it still happen? Also, it sounds like you are using an HTML editor but which one are you using and have you got the latest updates installed?

Ok... I have switched over to Firefox.... was with it first and then last week switched to Chrome.... now back with it.

Were you thinking that the previous html layout would show up within the containers? Nope but the look is still working until I redo it....

Looks like it's working so I will play with it fo a bit and let you know if it happens again.
