In admin postal zones, in the future, I need to set 2~3 shipping methods for hundred of countries, each method has about 50 rules.
50 rules x 3 methods x 100 countries = 15,000 rules

Since this is a big task, so is it possible to edit new zone by cloning existing zone.
Is it possible to sort the postal zones by alphabetical?

If not, can these features be included in the next version?

Is it not likely that a lot of these 100 countries are repeating the same rates? If so, would it be possible to group them more?

There are some rules are same, but other rules are different.
For example, maybe the first rule (airmail) is same and second rule (EMS) or third rule (DHL) is different.
Some first rule is different, the other rule is same.

If I can clone, then I don't need to enter all rules, I can enter different rule only.
