I have updated my store and now I do not receive a copy of the order to my email address. I checked my settings and the 2 email addresses I have always had entered (2 people receive the order) are there, but we don't get the store order Joan Viney
Also, I have 2 accounts and my original email address used for my account does not work. I tried changing my password, but it says an account already exsists, so I am using my 2nd account which is not "up to date" on store updates.
Hi Joan Was this all working before? If so, and nothing has changed could you try maybe getting in touch with your host to see if the mail server needs a kick?
Hi Joan I really, really would get in touch with your host. If nothing has changed with the store, then it sounds like something has changed with the mail server.
