Vince Administrator 42768 Posts	Posted - 07/22/2022 : 06:24:35 Hi Roger I've found the problem and it was because of the number of mismatched state names that were in the Customer Account -> Addresses database table. One of the reasons for this was because a lot of the addresses were created before the "Use State Abbreviations" parameter was set so these were all being flagged. What I did for this was add a function to the Database Utility page so that these can be converted between Abbreviation and State name and with this and a few SPAM entries there are very few issues left. I've also added a safeguard so that if there are so many problematic items it won't cause an error in the future too.
