My client send me a video that one of his customers sent him when they were having a problem trying to make a payment. You can see that they are on "step 2" and it says "Please enter your customer details", then under that it shows Country, Zip and Miscellaneous. There is nothing for Name, Address, Email, etc. - then when she clicks checkout, it comes back with an error message saying "enter a valid name".
I have a screenshot of that image but I cannot insert it here.
She is on a Mac, if that helps at all.
When I go to the site and try a test purchase, it works fine for me. Her video clearly shows it is not working for her. She is on a computer, not a phone or tablet.
