I'd like to download my stock or part of it to a spreadsheet with pictures. Similar to the picture. This will make it easier for the overseas manufacturers to fill our orders correctly. Normally this is about 100-300 items at a time, so copying and pasting 1 at a time is very time-consuming. Is there a way to do this?

Hi Steven, you can download the stock, as you might already know, but I'm afraid there is no way to get the images downloaded into the CSV file.

Thanks,
David

Hi Steven, not that I can think of.
The download is actually a CSV and CSV files are not dynamic in they they are more of a text file and cannot display images like an excel file can.
As for a custom solution, it's a bit out of my wheelhouse so maybe someone else has an idea.

Is it possible that you can print that admin page and get what you need to send to the vendor? Do they actually need a spreadsheet?

Thanks,
David

Thanks, Dave, they use a text translator, so the spreadsheet is needed.

I don't have excel, but I use LibreOfice Calc which is similar.
I just took my admin and displayed the small images link in your original post, copied the rows and pasted in to Calc, and it does work with some alignment issues with the images.
But if you disable the quick entry, it pasted fine in calc.
I suppose you can drag and drop the images from them.

There my actually be a way to paste it all if you know excel better than I do.

I believe it's possible to create a page in your admin that would give you a page that is better suited to do this, but that would require some programming knowledge.
