Hi,

I see that PAK items are now showing on the invoice. Is there a way to hide this? I use the PAK feature as backwards way to have to different product ids draw from the same inventory pool. For example I have a screw that fits several models but is physically the same piece. My part numbers are coded to the model they fit to aid customers. Part numbers 51C5 and 60C15 are the same. I created a hidden product that I call SPN/51C5/60C15 and use the PAK feature to use 1 SPN/51C5/60C15 everytime either a 51C5 or 60C15 is ordered. Having this printed on the invoice confuses the customer.

Thanks,

Phil

Hi Phil
Could you maybe hide them with CSS, for instance...

div.ordpackagerow{
display:none;
}

Thanks. That did the trick!

I also just noticed that the formatting on my cart page is all messed up since updating. Nothing is lined up and when you are logged in, the move to and trash can buttons overlap the quantity field.

You'll more than likely need to force a page refresh (CTRL+F5) or clear your browser cache

Hi Phil, is it possible you didn't update the ectcart.css file when applying the update to your site?
Or, maybe you copied it to the incorrect location?

Thanks,
David

Hi, Is this the site listed in your profile? If so, it looks good to me, so maybe just a cache issue.
If not, post up a link to the site, or if you don't want to post it publicly, click my name and message me the url.
Thanks,
David

Hi David,

I think your right. A few days later, it appears normal on all of my devices. Thanks for looking into it.
