I have 2 websites.

One of which shows me payment processor and the total value of the orders at the bottom but the other one doesn't.

Is there a setting I need to toggle somewhere to get the info to show up? (not bothered about the payment processor but the total orders value would be helpful

Hi Gem
Is this the bottom of the admin orders page? If so, for years it has shown the order total but I'm not sure what you mean about the payment processor. Are you able to post a screen shot which may make things clearer?

I have two sites but two different views on mobile. (same device)

One is wordpress the other is asp. The wordpress one is as I want it, the asp one doesn't show all of the information I want.

Ahhhh, I think this is just because you are on a mobile device in portrait view. If you change to landscape view there is more space horizontally and you should see more fields.

mm.. yes if I switch to landscape it does show it, I hadn't noticed that as I tend to have the autorotate feature switched off.
That doesn't explain why one shows it fine in portrait and the other doesn't?

Nope, these screenshots are from the same device.

Looking at the top image there it really doesn't look like the mobile layout so if that is a mobile device in portrait mode is it possible you are zoomed out?
But I think the problem you are mentioning is that on mobile you can't see one of the columns and that really is a feature so that the columns fit. If you can see it in landscape anyway that gives a workaround anyway, no?

Yes, switching to landscape works which I hadn't realised, so that's, a, workaround. It's more about wanting to see the daily sales total than the payment processor.

One site is WordPress and the other is asp. There's obviously a difference in the coding somewhere, I wondered if it was just a switch on the includes file or something but not to worry if it's not that simple, I'll make do with switching to landscape. That's better than having to look on the pc which is what I have been doing.
Thanks
