Hi, I know I can place the same product in 2 different categories by using "Additional Sections" but how can I set each with a different price?

Hi,
That's not possible I'm afraid. What I would do is remove that product from your additional section, clone the product and assign a different Product ID and price to it, then assign it to your other category
