I just reconstructed the order that my client mentioned but used weight in options. It is amazing because on order 531 (fake order) the weight is much higher than on order 529 (real order) but in both cases it was calculated with 2.82

You mentioned using weight based shipping, but have you actually set up the postal zones for this? Did the client use the USPS shipping calculations before?
