Hi Andy,
I'm using phpMyAdmin to back up the store and then "Custom" to display all possible options. I'm not sure about all of the options, such as those under Output, Format-specific options, Object creation options, and Data creation options. Do you have a thread or list for this by any chance? I'm not sure what you mean - I'm going to be starting from scratch and just installing the new generic responsive cart which I purchased last week.

You may want text and images from the old site so that's why I'd back up everything just in case you need something later on.
