I have done as should be done and I am still seeing extensions, this is very odd, my cache has been cleared. What do you see when you go here?

Also Add an item to cart, click checkout in the popup and tell me if you go to an error page

This page now works fine for me https://www.sleeprestfully.com/orderstatus/ so you would change your manus / navigation to point to that.

Have you set up any other pages with extensionless URLs via web.config to check?

No, that will be the next step, I was thinking it might redirect, but that is not the case, what about that cart error, did you get that error or was that just me?

If you have this in includes.asp

extension="/"

but don't have other store pages with the redirects set up in web.config I think you would get an error (page not found) there.

Same subject different issue.

When we have a static URL in admin we add the following

ResMed-AirMini-Travel-CPAP/

However, the page renders it like this below which is causing an issue as it should be a / not a %2F, any ideas what would cause that?

Is that a product detail page or a category / product page?

Detail pages shouldn't have a trailing slash so that should just be entered as

ResMed-AirMini-Travel-CPAP

Category and Product pages will have a slash to differentiate them from detail pages.

Actually thinking about it, the problem is probably down to the dashes, can you enter the Static URL without, like this

If i make it as you suggest it goes to this page

However it should be going to this page, perhaps this is just a case of some sort of conflict between the dynamic static URL and the Static SEO Friendly URL, as you can see the above result is as you suggest and works yet goes to the page we are not bothered showing, this one is the one that should show.

So both URL's are the same, I am going to guess that one of them need to change, either we change the page name and that I think will correct the issue or we change the static page name. Would you say my thinking is possibly correct for this scenario.

Actually the product name is not the same as the Static page URL, so my train of thought is incorrect.mmmmm

I'm not sure I follow as this page shows fine https://www.sleeprestfully.com/ResMed-AirMini-Travel-CPAP/ - is that not the correct product? If not can you send me your control panel login and I'll check the set up there?
